We are currently renovating an apartment on Pelles Väg 6 in Särna which will be completed in the fall of 2025. The apartment is 85 square meters and is in a house with only two apartments.
RENOVATION
The entire apartment is undergoing new finishing, and complete renovation of the bathroom.
New washing machine installed, new floors in parts of the home, the entire home is repainted, new entrance door installed, new fan system in bathroom, new heat pump, renovation of wood stove / chimney.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF BEDROOM/LIVING ROOM
A large bedroom of about 20sqm, and a slightly smaller one of about 10sqm are in the residence, and a living room of about 25sqm.
EXTERIOR REPAIRS
In 2025, exterior repairs to the villa in which the apartment is located will also continue - such as scraping/painting the façade, replacing some windows, etc.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
The rent will include heating and water, but household electricity (the electricity you use yourself such as lighting, TV, washing machine and the like) is the responsibility of the tenant.
PARKING
Parking is available directly adjacent to the house, and if desired, garage space can be rented.
OTHER SPACES
There is an overnight apartment that we will renovate in 2025 (a room of about 16 sqm) with its own entrance in the garage building that can be rented either daily - or if the tenant wishes, it can be rented full-time together with the apartment.
In addition to this, there is also a storage room in the garage building belonging to the apartment. The space is shared between both apartments.
